My Story
My journey with Natural Medicine started young. At the tender age of 5 years old, I became really unwell. Suffering repeated bouts of pneumonia, chronic eczema and a generally a lack of vitality, my parents tried all the conventional medicines to get through the repeated infections. I missed months of school and still didn't get better. After lots of antibiotics and a few scary hospitalizations in the infectious diseases ward at Fairfield, and not much improvement in my immune system's strength, my mother wisely invested in a visit to the Naturopath with me.
I remember meeting a warm person, having a few special healing supplements, restoring my gut health with homemade ferments and avoiding dairy for while. I finally turned the corner to wellness and continued to get stronger with my Naturopathic treatment plan.

After growing up and becoming a classical Double Bass player, I quit the orchestra and decided my real passion was in Herbal and Nutritional Medicine. I qualified in 2004 as a Nutritionist and then in 2006 as a Naturopath (Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) at the Australian College of Natural Medicine.

Now wIth a busy family and work life, I know how important it is to be in your best health in order to live life to it's fullest potential. I want you to be the best mother, employee, business owner, sister, carer, artist or whatever it is that you want to be. You can only do this by living in wellness and optimizing your health.

I'll listen to your story, I'll acknowledge all your niggly health issues, no matter how many times they have been brushed over in the past. I'll work together with you and your other care providers to get you on the path to wellness. The path that is right for you and individualized to you. I'll help you to work SMARTER, not harder.
